Upon listening to this EP numerous times, I have come to the conclusion that Anadivine know how to rock.and boy, do they know how to rock it hard. Beautifully constructed harmonies are cast throughout this short, yet sweet album. You may notice a striking resemblance to that of Coheed and Cambria upon first listen, that's because this band has close ties with Claudio of Coheed. He also does backing vocals on a number of tracks on this disc.

The EP opens up with a short intro and jumps right into "Alcohol and Oxygen." Everything you could possibly want in a song is showcased here in a mere 4 minutes and 30 seconds. From soft melodic vocals, reminiscent of a deeper voiced Claudio, to balls to the walls screaming during the breakdown near the end of the track. This song just goes to show you what type of range this band has. A perfect introduction to what Anadivine is all about. Other standout tracks include the heartfelt "Cross Your Heart" to the energetic "Emily." However, all the tracks are worth listening to and once you're finished, I guarantee you'll go back and listen to it again and again.

Anadivine may be categorized with the hundreds and hundreds of "emo" bands hitting the scene as of late, but don't be mistaken. They are far from the typical "emo" band. It's like finding a needle in a haystack, there is one to surely stand out from the rest, and this band is it. Check them out now before they blow up, there's no doubt in my mind that they will. And they
definitely deserve it.
