Jesse Cannon is one of the greatest engineer/producers in the world right now and he's only 32 years old. He's worked with The Cure, Limp Bizkit, The Misfits, Dillinger Escape Plan, Head Automatica, Benny Mardones, Saves The Day and so much more. He runs Cannon Found Soundation Studios and the amazingly informative musformation.com which teaches everyone in the music business how to do their job better whether they are a musician, manager, record label executive or roadie. Lately he's way more interested in politics than your band or that horrible upper midrange frequency that your guitar player thinks is cool.
Dean Rispler is a producer and long-time musician based in NYC. He's worked with Bad Wizard, The Brought Low, The Little Killers, The Candy Snatchers, Dash Rip Rock, Killing Time and so much more. He has played bass with Murphy's Law, The Voluptuous Horror of Karen Black, The Brought Low, Tiger Mountain, I Farm, The Handsome Dick Manitoba Band, Benny Mardones and Mike Edison's Space Liberation Army. He played guitar with Crown Of Thornz, The Bamboo Kids and The Shemps. He played drums in The Hot Corn Girls and Johnny Chan & The New Dynasty Six. He also noisily faked his way on lap steel and bouzouki with hip-hop noise terrorists dälek. Dean is completely obsessed with the Ridley Scott film Blade Runner and cannot finish his day without seeing at least 15 minutes of it.
Together, Jesse and Dean have created Drug Front Records to put out recordings by bands that they work with and love. All they want is for people to hear these bands and for the individuals involved to try and have some sort of career in what's left of the "music business" rather than be squares like you or your parents.
