Jungle Rot has announced that their eighth studio album will be titled, Terror Regime, out March 19th via Victory Records. Recording took place at Bell City Recording in Racine, Wisconsin with longtime friend and engineer Chris Djuricic.

"Terror Regime has lots of speed, groove and hate coming your way," warns frontman Dave Matrise.

The artwork was once again completed by Gyula Havancsák (Destruction, Annihilator, Grave Digger).

Official press release:

Cold Cave is the creative rebirth of acclaimed musician and writer Wesley Eisold.

Cutting his teeth in underground bands American Nightmare (Give Up The Ghost) and Some Girls, Eisold's body of work has truly effected a generation of listeners. Through constant cross-pollination Eisold has gained mass appeal, influencing underground and popular culture with his ever evolving artistic vision.

With an already prolific number of releases, Cold Cave has become a name synonymous with the contemporary resurgence of Darkwave and Synth Pop sub-genres. Propelling Cold Cave to perform at world class museums The Getty and the Guggenheim, as well as performances with legends Sonic Youth, The Jesus and Mary Chain, among others.

"Oceans With No End" EP is the latest offering from Cold Cave; a two song industrial indulgence that features Eisold performing all forms of instrumentation on the release. Title track "Oceans With No End" uses upbeat electronics to create a melodious wash for Eisold's pensive vocals to tread within. While B-side "People Are Poison" plods forth with an angry swagger in direct juxtaposition to the title track's driving urgency. Together they are a blindingly beautiful example of morose music at its very best.

An audio preview and pre-ordering for "Oceans With No End" will be available soon via Deathwish at www.deathwishinc.com.

Cold Cave will be touring Asia in April & May, more information to be posted soon.

Head on over to Invisible Oranges.com to check out Intronaut’s new single “Milk Leg”. Intronaut's next album "Habitual Levitations (Instilling Words With Tones)" is expected to be released on March 19th Via-Century Media Records.

Doomriders Prepare New Album

Posted at 11:07PM
Doomriders, the Boston metal band featuring Converge bassist Nate Newton, is currently in the studio working on material for their next full-length. Not surprisingly, said work is taking place at Godcity, the studio owned by Newton's Converge bandmate, Kurt Ballou. Further details have yet to be disclosed, but we expect a mid-2013 release via Deathwish Inc.

Earlier today came the news that the 1979 lineup of seminal punk/hardcore band Blag Flag would reunite to perform at this summer's Hevy Fest in the UK. The roster will include Ron Reyes on vocals. Then, just hours later, the following press release started making the rounds, which details another incarnation of the group reuniting under the moniker Flag:
"Black Flag original members Keith Morris, Chuck Dukowski, and Bill Stevenson, along with guitarist Stephen Egerton (who played along Bill Stevenson in Descendents and ALL), spurred by crowd reaction to a surprise set at Goldenvoice's 30th anniversary show in 2011, have formed Flag as a vehicle to continue performing the hardcore progentiors' repertoire.

Appearances at Belgium's Groezrock Festival and Germany's Monster Bash this April, with full US tourdates to follow throughout the year. The members of the quartet have maintained a steadfast relationship to the music they helped pioneer. Keith Morris, who served as Black Flag's original vocalist, followed his tenure in the group by forming the hugely influential Circle Jerks and more recently OFF! Chuck Dukowski, Black Flag's bassist from 1977-1983, continued on as co-owner of the band's label SST and as bassist in a variety of project including Würm, SWA, Chuck Dukowski Sextet, and Black Face. Bill Stevenson's 1981-1985 stint in Black Flag was concurrent with his tenure in Descendents (who remain active and are playing this year's Coachella) with virtuosic guitarist Stephen Egerton. The new outfit will play sets that pull from all eras of Black Flag's history."

Confirmed dates:

4/26 – Monster Bash Festival – Munich, Germany
4/27 – Monster Bash Festival – Berlin, German
4/28 – Groezrock Festival – Meerhout, Belgium
5/24-5/27 – Punk Rock Bowling – Las Vegas, NV
