More garbage like their most recent album. I was so let down by it, in my opinion, it had maybe 2 good songs on it.

Really? I totally dug their latest album. They'll never have another Drawing Black Lines (my favorite album by far), but I've liked the progressions they've made as a band.

Find me EVERYWHERE:

Yeah this could be interesting.  I dug their latest album, and I'm a sucker for well done takes on Christmas songs.

Currently Listening To:

Lo!- Monstrorum Historia
HeavyArms- Burning Crowds
Shining- One One One

Also liked their last album a lot. Pretty incredible for a sixteen year old band with only one original member remaining. I only thought there were one or two bad songs.

I loved DBL and I love TH more, STBYBB is good but not as good as the 2 latter, ATRWF / Rival Factions were great, loved a lot of songs on there.

After that, for me, they started to get shitty.

I guess it's the change of the guitarist and the singer getting more preachy because he's getting older.

Shit, dude, you're no longer the noun describer.
To a degree, I agree with you. The jump in preachiness from Rival Factions to Picket Fence Cartel was definitely too much for me. For some reason, it didn't bother me on Wait For the Siren. Either I was prepared for it, or it's done a little better. Also, how is preachiness not a word?

I think between TH and RF is where I really made the decision to be an atheist, so that couple with his extra jesus talk really put a bad taste in my mouth.

Even coming from my non-atheist perspective, the lyrical jump from Rival Factions to Picket Fence Cartel was pretty shocking. I think Schwab did a better job of making it natural this time, but like you said, as he gets older, he's certainly not going to tone it down more.

Which, imo, really blows because they were a great rock band.
