Coheed And Cambria have released a new song "The Afterman" via Rolling Stone.com The Afterman: Ascension will be released on October 9th. The second volume, The Afterman: Descension, is set for a February 2013 release.

Holy sheet... just got to hear "Key Extraction II: Hollywood the Cracked"... um, wow... I did NOT see that song coming... starts off sounding like an Alice in Chains song or maybe something likened to Al the Killer... beyond that comparison, it really sounds NOTHING like anything I've heard them do before... tried to keep my expectations rather in check, but won't lie.. that song makes me excited as hell!
