With Thrice officially on hiatus band frontman/guitarist Dustin Kensrue has dedicated himself to ministry and his worship music project, The Modern Post. You can find some more insight on the outfit and check out their track “Grace Alone” over at Marshill.com. The groups first EP, titled ”Grace Alone“, will see an August 14th release date.

I can't listen just yet, but given how spiritual his lyrics with Thrice already were, I may be able to get into this if it isn't straight-up Jesus music.

It's for his praise and worship band, so it's pretty much Jesus music. That said, Church would be much more interesting if your worship leader were Dustin Kensrue.
