They definitely went in a more straight-forward style.  It works, but I'll have to see how the album sounds as a whole.

I can never get into this band.

That's quite sad, Zach.  After re-listening to this and "No Regrets, No Remorse" again, I am re-sold on this album.  It sounds like they're going a bit away from the post-rock influences, but it still is great.
