my final four are still alive, but Villanova is prolly going to lose to St. Marys right now, Georgetown hurt, as did Marquette, Temple, and Vanderbilt.  id have been better off just telling the program to randomly pick everything i think.

marquette hurt a lot too. if nova loses today, i'll be really upset.notre dame was a blow too.

i looked at my bracket yesterday and realized i hadn't really put much thought into my bracket. i don't know why i had zag losing to fl state, or temple winning, clemson winning, and st mary's losing in the first round. just stupid on my part because i knew all that wouldn't happen.

I absolutely hate basketball (and football at that)... I'll be glad when this is over, being that I am in NC you can't frickin' escape it.

my final 4 are still in tact. i have 76.6% correct on my ESPN bracket. marquette, notre dame, georgetown, and villanova losing all messed my shit up. my final 4 are still good though, and i have 6/8 of my elite 8 still in tact. 

seriously though .. you put villanova in your final 4? they've been playing so badly for weeks.

kansas lost, there goes everything for most everyone.

yeah, villanova was somewhat of a mistake. oh well.

to be completely honest, out of all the 1 seeds to fall [first], i knew kansas would.

kansas losing dropped me from 76.6% to 36% because i picked them to win it all. crap. oh well, at least i've correctly picked more upsets than in years past. 

i'm really hoping it's not a repeat of 1993 with that duke-california game (not sure if everyone's as fanatical about this as me, but that was the year duke was poised to win their 3rd championship in a row and got knocked out by california in the 2nd round). duke actually has a legit chance now that kansas is gone, so here's to hoping they don't blow it on someone shitty.
