alright so for the sake of the game, the care package glitch is a bunch of bullshit, but whats even more BS is when you beat down someone without using it and they still want to complain about the care package glitching even if you dont.  so they need to fix this asap. anyone else getting pissed off?

yeah i think that glitch is ridiculous and every time i actually catch someone doing it i file a complaint (not that i think anything will actually get done about it). at least it's only the care packages now instead of the emergency air drop which used to be happening last week. it's not so bad if you're willing to put on a launcher or something to deal with the crap head on.

what i hate worse than the care package glitch is the fucking glitch where people run around with a tactical knife out and the care package canister and they go ridiculously fast. also, it seems like i'm always getting spammed for a tenth prestige lobby or something. that's ridiculous garbage.

I never did buy this game.  I still haven't play a game on my Xbox in over a year probably.  I should just sell it.

Running with a care package or tactical knife isn't a glitch.  They're part of the game and it's merely a matter weighing your options.  If I run while holding my care package, I'm at a weakness for long range or against almost anyone head on that is using a gun.  Running with a Tac Knife isn't as fast as running with a care package canister, probably because you have the use of your pistol or speed knifing.  Hating on either of those is no different than hating on anyone that uses grenade launchers or people who camp.  They're all just part of what you get playing COD.  For me, anytime I play core (not regularly), I use my "Running Man" class with a Tac Knife, Marathon, Lightweight, Commando, and Care Package because I hate that it takes so many shots to take someone down.  I'm always the first to hit someone but then they turn and blast me. 

I don't really care about the care package glitch too much, but that's because I'm always running with Cold-Blooded.  Besides, it's helping me work on the Cold-Blooded Perk challenge.  I'll do this glitch if the other team is doing it.  That being said, I'm not sure what's taking so long for them to patch this up.

I've finally not been getting tenth prestige lobby requests for a bit.  I'd maybe do it for free, but I'm not looking to pay for that shit.  I really only want to play the game to get all of the titles and emblems, but having to prestige and shit, I'll never get there before I'm sick of the game or a new one comes out.

warren i disagree with you about the care package thing. you can run with your tac knife out and the care package canister in your hand. on levels live Favela you can make it across the map with the care package canister in your hand in less than 15 seconds. also in that level there are a number of corridors that the care package abuser can make it down to knife an opponent before said opponent has the chance to kill him with a gun. marathon and lightweight were created for a reason and i don't think it was that people could add a care package to it to make their character run like a bat from hell.

i just think it's a notable exploit to the game and i'd like to see it changed with other beefs i have with the game. i can't believe i spent so much time talking about a game. i have to start work again...

I think they've actually just recently released a patch to slow down care package runners.  I believe it's still faster than running with any gun, but not quite double speed.

If you do file complaints on someone, they have moderators who take a look at them and suspend the person of question. If you get your account suspended enough, you can have it banned. It's a pretty bullsh** system. If you don't like people who cheat, don't play online games. People have all sorts of ways of cheating or screwing the system over. There's things people do that you can't even see. I think super competitive gamers of games are fun and can be a little extreme. But people get way too upset over internet gaming. Which is all bs. If you're good, go play in a tournament on a lan line and show off real skill.
I guess I'm no one to talk though, I've spent the last three years of my life obsessing over a game, giving bad feed back and filing complaints on all cheaters.

i do the care package glitch when i get a package but i dont keep sending package after package so people have no idea that im glitching.. that said when i try and pull out the pkg, jump with a, press stun, press right, throw stun, throw package it doesnt always work so i mean I do take advantage of the poor beta testing this game had but at the same time it gets old when someone is calling in a carepackage every 5seconds all game long.  we actually had, no joke, without care package glitching, back to back pave lows and then back to back ac 130s.  im sure thats super rare but you can guess when the game ended the other team accused us of cheating.  i had hardline pro on and kept getting 3 kills in a row for a pkg.. so yea they need to fix the glitch just so people can stop trippin about being cheated upon when they're not.

just loaded the game and got an update, hopefully its a fix.
