I didn't even know this was a fad. Are there even more than 100 kids showing up to these shows? "If someone gives you a kazoo and toots around the house to MTV, they're not gonna fuck you." - David Cross |

Unfortunately it wont die - it'll only get more popular: there's always a stream of 14-year-old girls being constantly replenished. Plus, it says on their myspaz they've sold 2300 albums on itunes. They probably got rich off their crappy album. "Originally released in December of 2008, ‘Till The Wheels Fall Off’ has sold over 2300 copies on iTunes through word of mouth and diligent DIY promotion by the band. A new album from the band is set for a summer release through Standby." Uugh. |

To be honest, whomever came up with the idea first is a comedic genius - or at least should be hailed as one. The only difference is: its obviously not satire, and these people take themselves seriously. |

"Seriously, how does music like this sell?"
You could ask that question about SO many bands. Remember the 90s when the backstreet boys and the like sold billions of albums? This stuff is just boy bands with instruments. It's the new Monkees or something.

Both managed by the same guy. Who also manages nevershoutnever. We can see where not only the horrible music comes into consideration, but also the formatting of their names, as well. |
