Greetings! As some of the regulars around here might know, I write for a little site called The Silent Ballet, which focuses primarily on instrumental music of all kinds. Right now we're publishing our Top 50 Albums list over the course of the week. I know there are a fair amount of post-rock/instrumental junkies who browse these forums, so I thought I'd just put out a quick plug. If you're interested, go take a look! I'm def gonna check out the list. I loved Mogwai, Have a nice Life, This Will Destroy You, Lagrange Points, P.G. Lost, and others of the like.

Keep in mind, it's not all post-rock; we also cover ambient, drone, electronica, a bit a jazz, modern classical, and what can only really be scribed as "experimental." But post-rock absolutely constitutes one of our largest areas of coverage.

good, because i am really trying to branch outwards towards more post rock, jazz(fusion), ambient and electronica...so this will be a great help to me.
