Whether you noticed it or not, Decoy has not featured a full-fledged metal band in quite some time. Hailing from Columbus, Ohio, Struck By Lightning brings quite the sonic meal to the table. On True Predation, there are equal slabs of punk fury, sludge riffs, blackened anguish, and crusty goodness. Imagine a stew of Mastodon, Goatwhore, and Black Breath. If you are not yet convinced that you must check out this album, thirty seconds of either "Slavocracy" or "Rabid Hysteria" will quickly change that. Let the headbanging commence.
