Lakes return this week with their new record, The Agreement.  The band whom has been around and sustained many member changes are now finally solidified with a solid foundation and a new record that will blow you away.  Once signed to Tooth and Nail as Watashi Wa, then with The Militia Group as Eager Seas and Lakes, the band is ready to do it themselves and prove they can go just as far with nothing but their music shining through.  The lyrics are raw and hit home in so many ways. Seth Roberts definitely manages to capture the moment and ooze emotion and power in his delivery.  Definitely grab this album off itunes and support these artists, the album is uplifting, positive, and extremely soothing.
