The Word Alive absolutely deliver on their debut full length for Fearless Records. The band, which started as a side project for Craig Mabbitt (Escape the Fate), is now a full fledged force in the new hardcore/metal scene. With the ever growing Phoenix, Arizona music scene, The Word Alive have managed to break out with their power and intensity that is almost unmatched by new bands coming out today. The keep their sound fresh and not run of the mill by incorporating in touches of electronics which add to the allure much like Enter Shikari does. For a relatively new band TWA are ready to take to the stage across the globe, and if the intensity felt throughout Deceiver is any indication, they're ready for that world domination.

Pretty standard emo with some electronics/dance to it. I'm a fan though.

Yeah. This isn't something I would've normally listened to past 30 seconds of the first track, but I dug myself in and started to really enjoy it.
