Say Anything have managed to build a immense following from the ground up over the course of a few albums with their catchy and downright creative approach to pop-rock. Their new self-titled record is no exception to this, featuring their witty lyricism and diverse instrumentals. Singer and primary lyricist Max Bemis takes no remorse against the music industry with his sharp tongue. The band's passion for music, shown in their lyrics and live performances, makes fans come back begging for more. Say Anything seems to stay under the radar of pop radio with each of their releases, but they put out great songs that new and old fans will enjoy as they continue their musical career.

I guess they're okay. The music is unremarkable, and Max Bemis might just have too much character for his own good.
