Bio

The Idoru combine metal, hardcore and punk rock and throw the fervent concoction right in your face on their fourth and latest studio album Time, and this "time" they complete the album with acoustic songs. The material was recorded at SuperSizeRecordings, Hungary's premier recording studio, headed up by Zoli Varga, who has also produced the band over the years.

The quintet won the Fonogram Award last year for Best Modern Rock / Metal Album. One of the Hungarian music industry's biggest honors. The band formed in 2003, surviving several member changes. They have headlined several underground European tours, stopped in Russia, played a couple of shows with California's Ignite in Japan, and even joined the Misfits on their European tour. In 2011, the current line-up is stronger than ever, only reinforced by the musicality backing Time.
