Former member of Toronto's Galaxy and current member of the Bruce Peninsula, Katie Stelmanis was introduced to a wider market when she was featured on Fucked Up's The Chemistry of Common Life. On her debut, Join Us, Stelmanis strings along the simplistic sounds of MIDI synthetics, piano keys & drums intertwining them to form complex anomaly's of sound driven by the gigantic yet majestic vocals of such a small girl. "Stelmania" is in full effect.
