Since their inception, Florida straight edge band Call to Preserve has solely relied on putting in the time, the work and the sweat to get where they are today. After two full lengths on Facedown Records and touring fervently all across North America and Europe, CTP have just released their newest offering, "Life of Defiance." "Life of Defiance" is the band touching on an array of influences, fusing the fierceness of bands like Cro-Mags and Judge with the driving melodic urgency of American Nightmare and Modern Life is War. The songs are filled with honesty and conviction, never missing an opportunity to shine a light on a subject, yet never shying away from having it pointed right back at them. The lyrics are biting.
